 Hello parents and families!

We have had a chilly yet productive week in first grade. 

As the weather turns colder, especially in the mornings, please make sure that your child has a coat. We will have outdoor recess 3 times a day unless it is raining. 

Also, continue sending a leak proof water bottle with your child to school. 

Next week in Language Arts we will practice syllable division patterns, plural nouns, past tense verbs,  and related sentences.

We will continue with Chapter 5: Addition and Subtraction Relationships and test on Thursday.  We will not begin Chapter 6 until we return from Winter Break.

12/14 & 15 - Valley Online School packet drop off. Pickup will happen on January 4th..

12/18 - End of 2nd Quarter

12/21-1/4 - Winter Break. Students return on Tuesday, January 5th.
